CATERING POLICIES

GENERAL: Kathleen’s Creative Catering, Inc. supplies buffet linens, high quality disposable napkins, plates and flatware. If more formal table service is desired, we can provide quality china, flatware, glasses, cloth napkins and tablecloths for an additional charge. Please see attached rental list.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: For all events, the final number to be served must be given to us at least seven (7) days prior to the day of the event.

CANCELLATION: If you must cancel an event, the entire deposit will be refunded if at least thirty (30) days notice is given; if less than 30 but more than fourteen (14) days notice is given, only one-half the deposit will be refunded. If less than fourteen (14) days notice is given; none of the deposit will be refunded.

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking and the remainder is due seven (7) days before the event. Checks may be made to Kathleen’s Creative Catering. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

SERVICE CHARGE: An 18% catering charge will be added to all food and beverage charges. Service personnel will be paid 15.00 an hour to include one hour set up and one hour break down.
